Complete your PHQ
Before we meet, you'll fill in a detailed personalised health questionnaire (PHQ) so I can get a thorough picture of your case and we can hit the ground running.
Step 3
Your initial consultation
A deep-dive 75-minute session where we go through everything (your symptoms, history, diet, lifestyle) and we start building your personalised plan together.
Step 4
You get your plan, progress begins
After your session, you receive your Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan, and progress begins. I’ll be there to support all the way, with follow-up sessions to stay on track.
